Gunflint is a great roast! My precision favorite was the Guatemalan but this is just as good if not better.

I got a pound of this at the Chik-Wauk museum during my BWCA trip; I couldn’t grind it for use at camp, but at home it is exquisite. Smooth, with a slight hint of bitter that is more like cocoa than coffee. Pour-over is better than French press as the flavors don’t concentrate making it not overpowering for flavor. It’s a good coffee to set the tone for the day and get everything going. I’ll be buying more later on.
